Fabulous review of two Gas fireplaces and cleaning as well. They look fabulous as if brand new. I can rest assured that these units have been safety inspected and will continue to operate well into the future as they are currently 30 years old. Recommend both the company and the technician !!

Ronin was amazing. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help solve our problem. Would not hesitate to contact them again.

While Austin was friendly and presumably did quality work, I would say CE’s pricing policy is on the high side.

They have a ~$100 call out charge, which is waived if they do some work. I was expecting the charge for the work to be by the hour plus parts.

However, after assessing the problem, the estimated cost of repairing my kitchen sink, which would take about an hour, will cost ~$400. Austin explained to me that it is company policy to charge a fixed rate, even on small jobs. The company line is that this is to provide customers with, “transparency and consistency” with their services. To say the least, I was surprised by this policy.

Anyhow, after complaining about the price, I agreed to pay for the work to continue. Parts were needed, which cost $273.

While the work was good, the price is higher than I would like to pay.

Courteous, prompt and thorough service from Julian. Repairs to drain and installed toilet working well.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink, called CE Plumbing and Julian Metz came to the rescue!
Julian called me to let me know he was on the way, arrived within the time stated, introduced himself, very personable, polite, always put boot covers on when going in and out. Readily identified the problem and fixed it. Checked the bathrooms, laundry room, water heater etc. all part of the visit, no charge. Identified some issues and outlined what needs to be done. I was very impressed, Julian explained what he was doing, cleaned up after the repairs, again very polite and personable. I would definitely recommend this company based on Julian’s visit.

Julian was fantastic and thorough and fixed everything I needed done. Even a last minute thing I asked him about he was able to fix as well. Would use them again for sure
