Had a leak under the kitchen sink, called CE Plumbing and Julian Metz came to the rescue!Julian called me to let me know he was on the way, arrived within the time stated, introduced himself, very personable, polite, always put boot covers on when going in and out. Readily identified the problem and fixed it. Checked the bathrooms, laundry room, water heater etc. all part of the visit, no charge. Identified some issues and outlined what needs to be done. I was very impressed, Julian explained what he was doing, cleaned up after the repairs, again very polite and personable. I would definitely recommend this company based on Julian’s visit.

I wanted to write a review for Craig Boelsgaard and Daylon Roberts from CE Plumbing. It's been an absolute pleasure having them do the work for us for the past three days.There was friendly, excellent service. I had CE Plumbing in to change the Poli-B out in our house, and Craig provided clear communications. They both worked very hard, ensuring the fewest number of holes to complete the job. Austin was very knowledgeable and thorough while repairing a plugged drain pipe. Although he was here for the aforementioned; he made sure to check and educate on other potential areas of concern in the plumbing system. Overall a really good experience with this company.

Late one night I had an emergency plumbing issue that woke me up out of my sleep, And it didn’t come from the toilet a bunch of human waste and Garbage came flying full speed out of my shower drain. It only got progressively worse every time the tenants upstairs would use their bathroom and it was too late In the evening to message them so I had to wait until the morning at which point my entire bathroom had flooded. My shower was the first part that got blown up with filth, and then every time mt Neighbours upstairs would flush or shower etc, water started to come out from under the base of my toilet. To make it worse the water would rise inside my toilet until it was spilling over but you like The water that was coming out from under the toilet base this was again human waste so needless to say I was up all night absolutely in a panic using every towel I owned ,dish towels, and I even had to use 3 sets of sheets to stop the flooding because even though I had a mop and bucket, the flooding was just coming too fast and every time I get it under control, I would go to bed only to wake up to hearing more water splashing around.The second 7 AM hit, I made an emergency call to my landlord who contacted CE plumbing, This was the weekend the middle of December and they got someone from their company to come help me within the hour. I couldn’t have been more happy. My flooded bathroom, I had decided after trying my hardest to just mop water up and once I figured out that was just fruitless, I just shut my bathroom door, put a towel wedged as tight as I could in the bottom So we didn’t leak out into the hall. Once he came I was mortified when I opened the door because of the filth and the smell and flooded Murky water, even though it wasn’t mine? The Plumer didn’t skip a beat or make me feel embarrassed. He asked a few important questions and went straight to work . The guy that cames name was Julian. I just packed my animals left so I could have a shower at my parents house and just relax while he did his work. I left the key for him to lock up and dreaded going home knowing that I would have to instantly clean my shower and my toilet in the least. Finally after dinner I got home and braced myself to go into the bathroom and to my surprise Julian had cleaned everything up in my shower. He had wiped everything down the floor, the walls all cleaned event the sink and the base and outside of my toilet.I did the biggest happy dance in the world because all I could think of was cleaning someone else’s waste, all the laundry and being already exhausted I can’t Put into words how overjoyed I was . He absolutely went over and beyond by doing that and also when he was finished work and was halfway home, he called me to see where I was cause the house wasn’t locked, and I told him I left the key there for him to lock it to which he turned around drove all the way back to my place in kettle Valley and locked the door, had I known he was almost home I would’ve never told him to go back and lock it but without hesitation, he went and made sure that my house was locked and safe as well as clean and most importantly fixed. I highly highly highly recommend this company, I haven’t used any of the other people that work there yet, but I have spoken to another gentleman on the phone and he was lovely to speak to. I would hire Julian again in a heartbeat because he just really went over and beyond.I recommend this plumbing company to anybody who needs trustworthy, fast efficient, and good plumbers who know what they’re doing.Thanks !!!

We had Julian Metz from CE plumbing and heating do all of our PEX water pipe replacement. From planning, to replacement, he really cares and it shows! He changed out bathroom faucets and shower hardware. Also changing all hardware to our water tank. And suggesting safety upgrades that we needed. He also helped us put in access panels where needed. He did an amazing job. We will gladly call him again.

Korey came by to deal with a leak below the toilet, he was extremely professional and polite. He did not only checked the toilet, he also checked around the house for other potential issues. He was unable to complete the full repair only because he was missing parts. He had suggested another appointment to be rescheduled and sent over the quotes promptly.

I had the opportunity to have CE come and look at my furnace that had stopped working. They were prompt and concise with their service. The tech came on time and detected the problem in a fair period of time. He dealt with the problem the same day and got my furnace working again. A day later the furnace stopped working. I had called the company and heard back a couple days later. They had fit in the same tech, which he came the next day and detected a different problem. The same day he fixed the issue and had my furnace running. Unfortunately, the furnace quit working within 12 hours of service. I called the company as they guarantee their work and they discussed with me the issue and came to a resolution with me to refund me for the second service. Their staff are very friendly and efficient. The customer service that I had for the second issue were prompt on getting back to me and coming to a solution together. I would like to thank the staff at CE for the guaranteed service of work and coming to a resolution so quickly…thank you.I would recommend their service for your heating needs.

Julian is hands down the best plumber I've ever worked with! From the moment he arrived, I could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. I needed to get all my HVAC replaced along with extra sheet metal and asked four different companies for the quotes.Sam and CE were the only ones to include the extra sheet metal on a separate quote like all were asked to do.The price was extremely competitive with one other but the extra step Sam took was what I needed. When I met Sam he sat with me and my wife, explained all 5 different types of systems (with and without heat pumps). Sam Knew the equipment and explained how CE carries most of the parts needed for when service calls come in which a big deal to know that you are looked after when needed.Couldn’t be happier with his presentation!

During a renovation a small issue was discovered in the main sewage stack.The primary contractor had utilized CE in the past and had positive reviews.So that’s where I headed.Rates are reasonable and their employees stand behind their workmanship.I received follow up communication from the attending journeyman. If anything is not 100%, they will make it so.

When I originally called, there was someone at my door within half an hour. Although it took a few visits to straighten everything out, Austin was always knowledgeable and professional. We were given different options and price points to choose from and when the work was done, the payment due at the end was always accurate. We’ll definitely recommend and reuse CE in the future.

I've only ever used CE Plumbing since.moving to Vernon 3 years ago and their work has always been excellent. If a bigger issue is discovered they dont just give you a single quote, they offer options that fit your budget. I recently got a new hot water tank and Austin took us through the process; clearly explaining the fixes needed in a way that we could understand. He was thorough and at the end of the job checked and double checked to make sure everything was perfect. Can't recommend them enough!

We are very pleased with the service we received from CE Plumbing & Heating on our heat pump system. The technician, Luke, and his assistant, Ronin, were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We needed a fireplace and furnace annual service and Sheldon Strong was our service rep from CE Heating in Vernon. He was amazing - very knowledgeable and taught us how to maintain other devices such as humidifier. Our fireplace had an issue and he determined it was the wrong restrictive plate that was installed and changed it so that our fireplace is once again reliable when you press the remote! Delightful young man. Would definitely use this company for any gas and heating issue.

They came in a timely manner, got the job done, disappointed with fact they wore big boots in my house on my carpet after being outside and didn’t put booty covers on their work boots!! Perhaps this should be addressed out of respect for your clients!

Julian was on time, checked out everything in our house and recommended what needed to be done. After 10 years in this house we have almost instant hot water. CE Plumbing & Heating just finished a big project in our house. All the original poly b lines were replaced, the hot water tank replaced and a plugged line was cleared. Our water heater sprung a leak and we got CE p & h to come over which they did the next morning and it was replaced that day. Julian was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and answered all questions we had. Three weeks ago our furnace broke down (20 years old) and again CE p & h came to the rescue sending Sam to quote us on a new one plus A/C. Craig and Daylon installed both in two days and were once again very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company for any plumbing and heating issues you have.

Julian worked quickly and efficiently and came on a holiday weekend within an hour. Fixed our gas leak promptly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic plumbing service on my clogged kitchen sinks, and on a Sunday to boot! Julian Metz was amazing..He did a great job of explaining what needed to be serviced, he ran through all the various options available and then completed the work as promised. He kept the workspace neat and tidy and best of all, he was professional and friendly. My dog also gives him 5 stars and she can be picky about who she likes 😀. Highly recommend this company.

Ryan and his crew were on time and did an excellent and timely installation of our heat pump when we couldn’t even find a local company to even come out to give us a quote!
