We had an irrigation end of season blow out, the company that performed it left with a leaking water valve. Fortunately Austin was able to come to evaluate what was going on; he had the city service technician at our place in 30 mins!!! Thank you Austin great service

A few months ago, we hired CE Plumbing to replace a couple of frost-free outdoor faucets. Julian attended the service appointment, and we were impressed that he took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all our questions. A few days ago, we requested Julian to complete a plumbing inspection of our home. First of all it is not common to receive service the same day you request it so thank you very much for that. Julian Metz and Korey Sheils were extremely friendly and did a great inspection and cleaning service on my hot water heater and toilet flush. The fee I was charged for this service was very reasonable. All in all I was very impressed with the service received and will recommend CE Plumbing &Heating to my friends.

Signed up for annual service which included an inspection of current HVAC, plumbing etc. Received a comprehensive report on issues that are needing attention and ones that can wait. So helpful & professional and will continue to use for all our utility needs without hesitation.

Julian showed up to disconnect my kitchen sink so my new counter top and sink could be installed. He advised that they provide a free inspection service during which he noticed my hot water tank was very old and should be replaced. He was scheduled to return later in the day to reconnect my sink. We decided to do the hot water replacement as well. It was a really long day for Julian by the time all the jobs were completed.Julian gave a clear quote, finished the work as promised, and was really pleasant and professional.Thank you Julian: much appreciated!

I've called CE twice for after hours assistance on my properties, once for broken down AC and once for a heating issue. Each time I was able to reach someone on their emergency line and a tech was sent out rapidly. They were fast to resolve the issue and get things up and running fast, a godsent when you have renters. Thanks CE!
Orginally I had given a negative review due to information that was not made very clear by me. However after a call from CE explaining the situation and offering a refund of half the payment I had made I found this more than fair. This was generous on their part so I withdraw the negative review and wish to indicate that CE is a fair and good company if you need service relative to plumbing snd heating.
Edrice is great. We first had his company put in a gas line for our new had range. We later got for quotes for a new furnace and his was the best. Ryan dish the install and came up with a solution for where to put the air intake pipe that no other company suggested. I would recommend CE Plumbing without reservation to my family, friends or those reading this review. This is NOT a paid endorsement.

Had a sewer line that backed up and needed a spot repair. During excavation we found out the whole sewer line had to be replaced and CE Plumbing not only pushed forward in replacing it, they also were respectful about the cost (We only had the excavator for a few days). On top of that, as this was through insurance, CE Plumbing also explained what the additional cost was, and provided quotes for insurance.So not only was CE Plumbing professional, we hit a snag in the project and CE Plumbing was agile enough to ensure the snag did not cause the price to raise too much, and went above and beyond in explaining the issue!Will definitely use them again.

When I originally called, there was someone at my door within half an hour. Although it took a few visits to straighten everything out, Austin was always knowledgeable and professional. We were given different options and price points to choose from and when the work was done, the payment due at the end was always accurate. We’ll definitely recommend and reuse CE in the future.

I've only ever used CE Plumbing since.moving to Vernon 3 years ago and their work has always been excellent. If a bigger issue is discovered they dont just give you a single quote, they offer options that fit your budget. I recently got a new hot water tank and Austin took us through the process; clearly explaining the fixes needed in a way that we could understand. He was thorough and at the end of the job checked and double checked to make sure everything was perfect. Can't recommend them enough!

We needed a fireplace and furnace annual service and Sheldon Strong was our service rep from CE Heating in Vernon. He was amazing - very knowledgeable and taught us how to maintain other devices such as humidifier. Our fireplace had an issue and he determined it was the wrong restrictive plate that was installed and changed it so that our fireplace is once again reliable when you press the remote! Delightful young man. Would definitely use this company for any gas and heating issue.

They came in a timely manner, got the job done, disappointed with fact they wore big boots in my house on my carpet after being outside and didn’t put booty covers on their work boots!! Perhaps this should be addressed out of respect for your clients!

We had a sudden backup in the kitchen sink and tried all the methods to clear it but didn’t work. When I called the weekend after hours line, it wasn’t a recording. I spoke to Craig directly, who took my info, got here in record time, clean quick efficient service and it’s all fixed in under an hour. Thanks Craig, I really appreciate your help!

Awesome service, really nice crew. Sam Veach made sure I got the right AC unit for my home and guided me through the process of what I was going to need and Luke and Craig my installers took excellent care of my home while they were here.The air conditioner I was sold is almost completely silent and looks so sleek on the outside of my home. I was stressed out due to leakage from main outside my house and explained on phone. Tech came out for leak inside my home. He just came to say that he was not supposed to be dispatched and person who take care of outside leak will come next day. Tech was really nice. I requested him to waive off some amount because his visit didn't help me at all and it was misunderstanding by dispatch or may be miscommunication but manager didn't cooperate and charge me for doing nothing.Update: Ryan called me and explained company policy and also understand miscommunication between dispatch and me. He is also going to refund charges. They truly work on customer satisfaction. Thanks

I needed to have all the old polyb pipes that kept giving us problems replaced. CE plumbing was very helpful giving a quote with options for repairs. They also talked to me as the job was going on to say what needed to happen and what didn’t need to happen based on previous repair work that they encountered along the way. They took pictures and showed me the work they were doing and made recommendations for what they suggested and why. They were clean and courteous and ended up coming in under budget. I also liked that the morning of the repairs, I got a text saying who was coming and a picture of the technician. They also have an ongoing maintenance program that helped lower some of the immediate costs and will give my systems a tune up yearly now without extra house call costs, which is a relief. For a very stressful event, this company and their employees were very good to work with. Highly recommended.

Fantastic plumbing service on my clogged kitchen sinks, and on a Sunday to boot! Julian Metz was amazing..He did a great job of explaining what needed to be serviced, he ran through all the various options available and then completed the work as promised. He kept the workspace neat and tidy and best of all, he was professional and friendly. My dog also gives him 5 stars and she can be picky about who she likes 😀. Highly recommend this company.
