I had my hot water tank replaced today by Julian Metz from TruFinity, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Julian was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly respectful of my home. He carefully replaced everything that had to be moved during the installation, explained everything to me clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked.

What really impressed me was the cleanup. Everything was left absolutely immaculate — you would never have known work had been done.

It's so refreshing to have someone take such pride in their work and care about the customer experience. I would highly recommend Julian and TruFinity to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent service.

Amazing work by Mehdi and Andy! They did an excellent job with the drainage work at our property. It was a challenging job, and you could really see how much effort, care, and hard work they put into getting everything done properly.
They were professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. They took the time to make sure the drainage was done right instead of rushing through the job. The quality of their work really shows.

Julian changed my water filters today and was quick and professional.

I have had the pleasure of having Brayden Walton service my HVAC system. He did an excellent job. Then when he finished he explained to me the purpose of a Surge Protector (which may never be put to use, but you just never know with this crazy weather). Well, I went for it. Brayden came back the next week and installed it all the time explaining and showing me what he was doing so that this 71 year old woman could understand and feel comfortable in my home. I would definitely recommend TruFinity Plumbing Heating and Cooling and the staff that they hire like Brayden Walton.

After having Darcy come in and look at our Heating , cooling and water system and asking LOTS of questions we decided to go ahead and have all three units replaced. Making a decision that is an investment as this was we are So GLAD we went with Trufinity.There are so many things I want to say about the Service , Support, professionalism , kindness, respect and workmanship provided by Darcy & Craig but I'm not convinced it would do them Justice. The office as well was amazing keeping us informed of installation , arrival times of technicians and an amazing bio on who was coming in our home.

Trufinity is a company I would definitely recommend to family and friends . All the staff I worked with are knowledgeable , courteous and helped out . Cole came to check why our toilet and bath tub were not drawing and did a thorough check . Cole explained it and made recommendation . Mine was not simple a plug but a broken pipe in the ground that I looked at with a camera . We spoke pricing and the procedure and it was done next day and now all is good . They brought in a back hoe , dug it up and sent pictures of their work . Very professional !!

Julian did a great job - pleasant and efficient. Handled our two issues easily, and showed/estimated our options for other things we can improve on. Price seems high, but like everything else these days!
